We cannot directly contact the platforms on your behalf, but our Ban Appeals page gives you the exact official appeal links, step-by-step instructions and copy-paste message templates that work for most cases.

TikTok: usually 2–7 days. Instagram: 1–14 days. Facebook: 1–30 days. WhatsApp: 24 hours – 7 days. Submit one appeal and wait — duplicate appeals slow the review.

What gets a job-related video banned the fastest?

Copyrighted music, promises like '100% guaranteed visa' or '100% job', asking viewers to DM or send money, sharing WhatsApp numbers for hiring, and re-uploading the same video repeatedly.

Can I use any song or background music?

No. Use TikTok / Instagram's in-app commercial music library or royalty-free tracks. Copyrighted music is the #1 reason job videos get muted, removed or shadowbanned.

What is a shadowban and how do I fix it?

A shadowban means your videos stop appearing on the For You page but your account is not officially banned. Stop posting for 48 hours, delete any recent flagged videos, then post a fresh, original, safe video without banned hashtags.
