1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, work email, role assignment.
- Usage data: topics you submit, the platform you select, and the AI-generated output (captions, hashtags, risk warnings).
- Technical data: browser type, device, timestamps, and basic logs needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
2. How we use your information
- To generate captions, hashtags and risk warnings tailored to our company policy.
- To improve the quality of suggestions and detect misuse or policy violations.
- To provide audit trails for content approval and compliance reviews.
- To respond to support requests sent to social@company.com or +971 52 574 0044.
3. AI processing
Topics you enter are processed by trusted large language model providers via the Lovable AI Gateway to generate suggestions. We do not send personally identifiable information to these providers. Generated outputs are stored against your account so supervisors and admins can audit content quality and compliance.
4. Data sharing
Your personal information is for internal use only. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. However, for advertising purposes, Google AdSense and its partners may collect and process certain non-personal data (such as device type, browser, and browsing behavior) via cookies. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be shared with leadership.
5. Data retention
Generation logs are retained for a rolling 12 months for quality and compliance purposes. Account data is retained while your employment is active and removed within 30 days of separation, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on the database, role-based access, and audit logs. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure — please report any concerns immediately.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the social media team. Some data may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
8. Acceptable use
The platform is for work-related social media content only. Do not enter client confidential information, customer brands, salary or HR matters, religious or political content, or any sensitive personal data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or by email.
